Short version

This website sets no cookies at all and loads nothing from third parties: no analytics, no ad pixels, no embedded video, no chat widget. Even the fonts are served from this site. There is nothing for a cookie banner to ask you about, so there isn't one.

The app

The PinMap app (pinmap.higgsfield.app) stores a small amount of data on your device. All of it is needed for the app to work, which is the "strictly necessary" category the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) exempt from consent. None of it is used for advertising or tracking across sites.

Third parties the app talks to

When the app loads it fetches its script libraries from Cloudflare (cdnjs), jsDelivr and unpkg, and the PinClock map fetches tiles from OpenStreetMap and Esri. Those services see your IP address as part of serving the request. They do not set cookies through PinMap. Our hosting provider, Higgsfield, adds a small script to the page for its own platform; as far as we can tell it sets no cookies, and we are confirming this with them.

Alex to fill in before publishing: confirm with Higgsfield whether their injected page script sets any cookie or identifier. If it does and it is not strictly necessary, it needs consent or removal.

If this changes

If we ever add analytics or anything else that is not strictly necessary, we will add a consent banner first and update this page. You can clear everything above at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
